Second Degree

Phu Xuan University announces the enrollment for the second regular university degree training as follows:

1. Enrollment Subjects

Candidates must hold a regular university degree from Vietnam or abroad (If the degree is issued by a foreign educational institution, it must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training).

3. Enrollment Method

– The enrollment method is based on the results of the first university degree.

– The admission score is based on the overall average score of the entire course according to the transcript accompanying the first university degree.

4. Admission Threshold and Application Conditions

The admission threshold is that candidates must have a university degree.

5. Training Organization, Graduation Degree, and Tuition Fees

– Training program: According to the university training program, regular training mode; Credit-based training method; Training duration from 2 to 2.5 years.

– Class organization: Direct training combined with online learning. Classes are held from Monday to Saturday (Sunday classes may be available), from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM daily.

– Graduation degree: Regular university degree.

– Tuition fee: 540,000 VND/credit (approximately 45,000,000 VND for the entire course depending on the number of credits recognized).

6. Application Documents

6.1. Required Documents

– Application form for the second university degree;

– First university degree (notarized copy); (For degrees issued by foreign educational institutions, candidates must submit a notarized translation and a degree recognition document issued by the Department of Quality Management of the Ministry of Education and Training)

– Transcript of the entire course for the first university degree (notarized copy);

– Notarized copy of birth certificate;

– Notarized copy of ID card/citizen identification;

– 02 photos 4×6 cm (clearly stating full name, date and place of birth (province, city on the back of the photo);

– Documents proving eligibility for preferential treatment, scholarships (if any).

6.2. Application Fee

Each candidate submits an application fee of 100,000 VND/document (One hundred thousand VND/document).

7. Application Submission Time and Enrollment Schedule

– Application submission time: From the date of announcement until the end of February 16, 2025.

– Opening ceremony (tentative): 5:30 PM, Monday, February 17, 2025.
