Dr. NGUYEN MANH TU
Acting Vice Dean
Dr. Tu is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at EQuest Education Group, where he leads the Group's strategic and restructuring projects.
Prior to joining EQuest Education Group, Dr. Tu accumulated over 16 years of experience working at international organizations such as EY Vietnam and Dream Incubator SEA. He served as Director of Strategy and Transactions Consulting Services, leading projects on growth strategy, market entry strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, and fundraising for both multinational corporations and domestic conglomerates. Additionally, Dr. Tu has worked at prominent domestic enterprises, including Vingroup, Maritime Bank (MSB), and MoMo, holding positions ranging from senior management to Chief Strategy Officer. He holds a Ph.D. from Paris-Est University and an MBA from Paris-Saclay University, France.
Dr. BUI QUANG TUYEN
Director of the Institute of Culture, Services, and Tourism
Dr. Bui Quang Tuyen has over 40 years of university teaching experience and has held various key management positions in the education sector. He is also a highly experienced expert in tourism research and training, focusing particularly on topics such as sustainable tourism development, tourism culture, travel management, and digital tourism. He earned his Ph.D. from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, specializing deeply in social sciences and education.

Dr. TRUONG CONG LE HOANG
Lecturer, Vice Director of the Institute of Culture, Services, and Tourism
Dr. Truong Cong Le Hoang graduated from Guangxi University for Nationalities (China). He currently serves as the Vice Director of the Institute of Culture and Languages at Phu Xuan University and is the Founder of the Viet Trung Company. He has over 15 years of experience in higher education, international cooperation, and student exchange program development.
His areas of expertise include the internationalization of education, public policy, community development, and poverty reduction. He has participated in numerous Vietnam–China educational cooperation programs and assisted students in accessing international scholarships. His goal is to promote international educational cooperation and develop young human resources in the context of integration.

Ms. CAO THI QUYNH TRAM, MBA
Acting Head of Business Administration
Ms. Cao Thi Quynh Tram holds a Master of Business Administration and has over 15 years of experience teaching courses in business administration, marketing, and digital marketing. Throughout her teaching career, she has always focused on inspiring entrepreneurship and sharing practical experiences with students.
She currently serves as the Head of the Business Administration Department at Phu Xuan University, with a strategic focus on aligning education with corporate practices to help improve the quality of human resources in the field of business and management.

Mr. HOANG BA LOC, M.A.
Head of Tourism and Travel Services Management
Mr. Hoang Ba Loc is an expert with extensive knowledge and a strategic vision in the tourism industry. He has participated in numerous training, cooperation, and academic exchange programs in developed countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Europe. These international experiences have enabled him to capture modern management trends and effectively apply them to training, research, and consulting for sustainable tourism development in Vietnam. With a global mindset and a deep understanding of the local context, he constantly inspires young people to confidently integrate into the tourism industry.

Dr. TRAN THANH TAM TOAN
Head of Science, Technology and International Cooperation
Dr. Tran Thanh Tam Toan currently serves as the Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, while also holding the position of Head of Industrial Management at Phu Xuan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2021 from the University of Science, Hue University. With over 10 years of research experience, he has been a key member of several ministry-level key science and technology projects as well as projects funded by the NAFOSTED Foundation. To date, he has published over 45 prestigious international papers indexed in WoS (Q1, Q2 categories), along with more than 15 works in international conferences and reputable domestic journals. In addition to his strong research background, Dr. Toan has extensive experience in educational management and curriculum development, having previously served as Vice Principal at The Olympia Schools (Cambridge system). In his management role at PXU, he focuses on promoting highly applicable scientific research and expanding a deep and wide network of international cooperation.

Ms. NGO HOANG NGUYEN ANH, M.A.
Lecturer, Tourism and Travel Services Management
Ms. Ngo Hoang Nguyen Anh holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. She is currently a Tourism Lecturer at Phu Xuan University and the CEO & Co-founder of iVietnam Travel Joint Stock Company. With over 13 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, her strengths lie in training, corporate management, and connecting students with practical career opportunities.
Her areas of expertise focus on tourism management, destination development, sustainable tourism, community-based tourism, and green transformation. She constantly aims to bridge the gap between education and business, foster innovation, and contribute to developing high-quality tourism human resources that meet sustainable development trends.

Ms. HO THI THANH THANH, M.A.
Lecturer, Tourism and Travel Services Management
Ms. Ho Thi Thanh Thanh holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and is currently a Ph.D. candidate. With over 6 years of experience in higher and further education, her strengths lie in teaching, department management, media development, and branding.
Her areas of expertise and research focus on marketing, tourism, hospitality, the application of digital technology in cultural preservation, community-based tourism development, and enhancing customer experience. She constantly aims to combine research with practice, contributing to improving educational quality and developing the tourism industry toward innovation and sustainability.

Ms. LE THI QUYNH TRANG, M.A.
Lecturer, Business Administration
Ms. Le Thi Quỳnh Trang has over 17 years of experience in education, training, and teaching. She is experienced in curriculum development, teaching specialized courses, supervising student internships and graduation theses, and participating in quality assurance and program accreditation tasks.
Her areas of expertise focus on business administration, human resource management, marketing, and the application of technology in education. With a strategic focus on bridging academics and practice, she constantly emphasizes innovative teaching methods, promoting scientific research, and enhancing educational quality.

Mr. NGUYEN VAN NHAT TRUONG, M.A.
Lecturer, Business Administration
Mr. Nguyen Van Nhat Truong, a lecturer in Business Administration, holds an outstanding academic background with a Master's degree in Economic Management from Hue University and graduated as the Valedictorian with early completion from the Faculty of International Economics at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to his strong theoretical foundation, he has spent years directing regional business development at leading financial groups such as Bao Viet Life and MB Ageas Life, while also advising and managing enterprises in the logistics and environmental sectors. With strengths in applied pedagogy and direct experience in developing training frameworks and learning materials, he aims to cultivate an innovative, creative, humanistic, and practice-updated educational environment. He is committed to applying Learning Outcomes (LO) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) methodologies, alongside active scientific research, to contribute to the university's mission of training high-quality human resources under the ASK (Attitude - Skills - Knowledge) model. He looks forward to inspiring and accompanying students on their journey to shaping their future careers.

Ms. TRAN THI HUONG QUYNH, M.A.
Lecturer, Business Administration
Ms. Tran Thi Huong Quynh is a lecturer at Phu Xuan University, specializing in economics and higher education. She has many years of experience in teaching, developing and managing training programs, creating learning materials, and compiling textbooks.
Her areas of expertise and research focus on training management, higher education administration, and educational quality improvement. She also participates in developing teaching processes and materials for online training, while coordinating the implementation of educational cooperation programs.
With a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, she aims to enhance educational quality by refining teaching methods and developing learning materials that align with practical requirements.

Ms. TRAN THI LAC THU, M.A.
Lecturer, Business Administration
Ms. Tran Thị Lac Thu holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Finance from the United States. She has many years of practical experience in the financial sector and previously worked as a Business Analyst at FPT Software. Currently, she is a lecturer in Business Administration at Phu Xuan University, while also managing academic affairs for the Keiser University Vietnam international partnership program in Hue. In her teaching, she constantly emphasizes bridging theory and practice to develop students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She is dedicated to accompanying and inspiring learners to confidently build their future careers.

Ms. TRUONG THI DIEU, M.A.
Lecturer, Business Administration
Ms. Truong Thi Dieu holds a Master's degree in Geography and Tourism from Hanoi. She has over 15 years of university teaching experience and has held various positions in the tourism industry, including tour guide, tour designer, and tour operator. Her expertise lies in practical tourism and applied training, focusing on integrating professional experience into lectures and enhancing students' practical skills.
She aims to serve as a bridge between students and travel enterprises, supporting internships, employment, and career capacity development for learners.

Ms. LAM THANH HUONG, M.A.
Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Business and Management
Ms. Lam Thanh Huong currently serves as the Managing Director of the School Investment, Construction, and Development Department at EQuest Education Group (since 2024). In this senior management role, she directly develops new educational facilities across major cities and provinces, including Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Prior to this, she accumulated over 15 years of experience ranging from international financial institutions (Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam) to state regulatory agencies (the National Financial Supervisory Commission). She holds a Master's degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Honors from Florida Gulf Coast University, USA.

Mr. Punendu Sharma, M.Sc
Adjoint Lecturer
Mr. Punendu Sharma is currently the Chief Investment Officer of EQuest Education Group, where he is responsible for raising and deploying capital to build Vietnam's leading education group, encompassing a portfolio of K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and edtech products. Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) and a Master's in Management and Finance from ESCP Business School in France.
With over 18 years of investment and business-building experience across Southeast Asia, Mr. Sharma previously served as Vice President at VinFast. Prior to that, he was Principal, Investments (Private Equity) at VinaCapital, where he led private equity transactions and established multiple co-investment funds, and Investment Director, International Finance at Bitexco, where he helped arrange financing for major real estate and infrastructure projects and executed M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector. His expertise centres on corporate finance, private equity investment, and business model development.

Dr. Nguyen Quang Minh
Adjoint Lecturer
Dr Nguyen Quang Minh is a member of the K-12 Leadership Committee at EQuest Education Group and serves as Deputy Managing Director of the Canadian International School System (CISS). He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Massey University (New Zealand) and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University (USA).
With over 10 years in education leadership, he previously served as Chief Academic Officer at Sedbergh Vietnam and Deputy CEO cum Director of Education at Nguyen Sieu School. He is an Accreditation Evaluator for the Council of International Schools (CIS) and was named a Cambridge Ambassador in 2025. His expertise centres on whole-school transformation and bilingual programme development.

Ms. Nguyen Phuoc Bao Dung, MBA
Adjoint Lecturer
Dung Nguyen is a marketing and commercial executive with more than 20 years of experience across financial services, technology, FMCG, and education. Before joining CISS, she led marketing, branding, communications, digital growth, customer experience, and business development for organizations including Home Credit Vietnam, Grab Vietnam, Citi Vietnam, and her own consulting firm, LifeNex. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen their market position, deepen customer engagement, build trusted brands, and drive business transformation through strategic marketing and commercial initiatives.
Dung holds an MBA from RMIT Vietnam and completed the executive education program at Harvard Business School. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution and enjoys working across functions to develop sustainable growth strategies, build strong teams, and deliver long-term value for customers, businesses, and communities.
