Learners, employers and other relevant parties may look up and verify information on diplomas issued by Phú Xuân University through the official lookup system:

2. Disclosed information
The University fully discloses the information required by regulation, including:
- Information on the issuance of diplomas and certificates to learners for each graduation cohort.
- The master register of issued diplomas and certificates, prepared, managed and archived in accordance with regulations.
- The templates of diploma and certificate blanks issued and used by the University.
- The procedures for issuing, re-issuing, amending and revoking diplomas and certificates.
