Holding a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA) under the VEF scholarship, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Thanh Tu brings over 20 years of experience in chemistry, nanotechnology, and advanced materials. With extensive background in educational management and international cooperation, he leads IMT as a bridge connecting research, innovation, and technology transfer.
Head of Automotive Engineering Technology Department
Mr. Nguyen Quan has over 25 years of experience in the field of education. He was formerly a lecturer at Hue Industrial College. From October 2011 to March 2016, he served as the Vice Principal of Hue Industrial College. Following that, he spent over 10 years working as the Workshop Manager at Dien Hoa Electromechanical Workshop and as Workshop Manager at the NextGen VinFast 3S Dealership in Hue City. He earned his Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
Deputy Head of Testing & Quality Assurance Department, In Charge of Information Technology
M.Sc. Chau Thi Dung holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with over 20 years of experience in teaching and educational management. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Testing & Quality Assurance Department, directly operating the quality assurance system, establishing evaluation processes and templates, and coordinating quality accreditation activities for educational institutions and training programs.
With her expertise in system administration and fostering a culture of quality, she consistently aims to standardize the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) system, promote the development of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curricula, and enhance the effectiveness of measuring and assessing Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), contributing to the continuous improvement of the University's educational quality.
Lecturer, Automotive Engineering Technology
With over 17 years of experience in Automotive Engineering Technology, M. Sc. Tran Hoa has worked across various educational institutions and automotive enterprises. He possesses extensive expertise in teaching, curriculum development, practical instruction, and aligning educational programs with real-world industry demands.
Alongside his teaching career, he has held several key managerial positions, including Chief Technician at Yamaha Motorcycle Training Center, Body & Paint and General Repair Workshop Manager, Service Manager, and Head of Training. Grounded in strong professional knowledge and rich practical experience, he emphasizes bridging theory with hands-on practice, helping to cultivate a high-quality workforce that meets the evolving trends of the automotive industry.

M. Sc. Ha Quoc Tuan is a lecturer and Academic Advisor for Automotive Engineering Technology at Phu Xuan University. With years of experience in the automotive field, he has contributed to developing learning materials and establishing practical competency assessment frameworks, helping students engage effectively with real-world technology and professional environments.
His areas of expertise focus on vehicle inspection, automotive structures, and quality control in automotive manufacturing and assembly. He constantly strives to enhance applied training quality, connecting academic knowledge with practical industry demands while guiding students through their studies and career pathways.

M. Sc. Tran Thi Minh Thao has over 20 years of teaching experience in Information Technology. She is actively involved in curriculum development, learning material compilation, test bank creation, and advising student scientific research.
Her areas of expertise include databases, software development, educational IT applications, and digital transformation. Guided by a student-centered approach, she constantly focuses on innovating teaching methods and bridging theory with practice to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the digital labor market.

Dr. Tran Thi Kim Oanh earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hue University of Education, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Sciences – Hue University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kyung Hee University (South Korea). She has over 15 years of experience in education and currently serves as a lecturer in Business Technology at Phu Xuan University.
Her areas of expertise focus on computer science and technology applications in business. With a solid academic foundation, she is dedicated to combining technology with practical application, contributing to enhanced educational quality and developing students' digital competencies.
