Dr. Vu Thanh Tu Anh

Chairman of the University Council

Dr. Vu Thanh Tu Anh graduated with a PhD in Economics from Boston College (USA) and is one of Vietnam's leading experts in economics, public policy, and national development. He has many years of research experience at the public policy schools of Harvard, Oxford, and Princeton. He also has over 20 years of teaching and management experience at the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, and is a respected voice on issues of educational reform, economic development, and national competitiveness. With academic prestige, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of higher education, he will play a role in academic orientation, governance, and long-term development for the University.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Toan

President

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Toan graduated with a Doctorate in Economics from New York University (USA), and is a co-founder and CEO of EQuest Education Group – one of the largest private education ecosystems in Vietnam. He has previously worked at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and is a Member of the Executive Board of the consulting firm Ernst & Young Vietnam. With extensive experience in leading and building large-scale educational organizations, he will guide the University into a new phase of development with a spirit of innovation, integration, and aspiration for advancement.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son

Vice Chairman of the University Council - In charge of Compliance, Technology, and Digital Transformation

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York (USA) on a full scholarship from the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF). Before co-founding EQuest Education Group, he worked at the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN). With many years of experience in technology, business management, and digital transformation, he is currently responsible for compliance, technology, and digital transformation, contributing to the establishment of a modern governance framework and promoting the digital transformation process of PXU 2.0.

Mr. David Armstrong

Senior Vice President, EQuest

Former President of Broward College (USA) Mr. David Armstrong graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Montevallo (USA), a Master's in Management from Troy University (USA), and completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard Kennedy School. He has over 35 years of experience in higher education in the USA, having served as the President of Broward College, one of the largest and top-quality four-year community college systems in the USA, and was the First Chancellor of the Florida state higher education system. Currently, as the Senior Vice President of EQuest, he collaborates with PXU in the process of internationalizing the training program, enhancing academic quality, and expanding partnerships with leading educational partners worldwide.

Ms. Dam Bich Thuy

Member of the EQuest Board of Directors

Ms. Dam Bich Thuy graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA), one of the leading business schools in the world. She is the founding Chair of Fulbright University Vietnam, former General Director of ANZ Bank Vietnam and VIB Bank, with many years of experience in finance, corporate governance, and higher education. As a Member of the EQuest Board of Directors, she accompanies PXU in enhancing governance capacity, promoting internationalization, and building a high-quality university model according to international standards.

Dr. Dam Quang Minh

Deputy Principal

Dr. Dam Quang Minh graduated with a Doctorate in Earth Sciences from Greifswald University (Germany). Previously, he was a student specializing in Mathematics - Computer Science and graduated from the Talent Bachelor Program in Geology at the University of Science - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has served as the Principal of FPT University, Principal of Thanh Tay University (now Phenikaa University), and is currently the Chairman of the EQuest High School Block. In his role as Deputy Principal, he is responsible for coordinating school activities, implementing the PXU 2.0 strategy, and enhancing training quality, as well as operating the system.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Chuc

Vice Rector - In charge of Academic Affairs for Regular Programs

Dr. Nguyen Huu Chuc graduated with a PhD in Mechatronics from Sungkyunkwan University (South Korea), specializing in mechatronics, automation, robotics, and system design. He has held various management positions at Hue Industrial College and is currently responsible for academic affairs for regular programs at PXU. With a focus on applied training, he promotes the integration of scientific research, business, and practical experience into the curriculum, helping students develop professional skills and be ready to work immediately after graduation.

Dr. Nguyen Duy Thuan

Vice Rector - In charge of academic affairs for the regular training system

Dr. Nguyen Duy Thuan graduated with a Doctorate in Biology from Hue University, specializing in biodiversity, ecology - evolutionary biology, sustainable development, and educational management science. He has held various management positions at the University of Education - Hue University. At PXU, he is responsible for the academic affairs of the regular training system, focusing on developing online training models that apply advanced technology and implementing training programs according to business needs, contributing to expanding learning opportunities and enhancing the professional capacity of learners.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung

Executive Director of Topica International Training Institute

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung has a deep background in International Business and is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration at the Swiss Information & Management Institute. With over 20 years of experience in educational management, information technology, and marketing, she has held senior executive positions at major corporations. She is also a reputable expert, having received significant national technology awards. As the Executive Director of the Topica Training Institute at Phu Xuan University, she focuses on developing modern online training models and applying advanced technology to optimize the learner experience and expand access to higher education.
