Phu Xuan University (PXU) officially launches the Institute of Emerging Technologies (Institute of Emerging Technologies – IMT), marking an important milestone in the university's development strategy focused on STEM, innovation, and international integration. This is the result of the strategic partnership between PXU and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) – one of the leading technology training and research organizations in the region.
In the context of artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, and digital technology dramatically transforming all areas of life, IMT was established with the mission of training high-quality human resources to meet the demands of scientific and technological development and digital transformation in Vietnam.

International study pathway, shortened time to master's degree
One of the highlights of IMT is the Bachelor's – Master's training pathway designed flexibly according to the model:
3+2: 3 years Bachelor's + 2 years Master's at AIT (the study duration may be shorter for some programs).
Through the partnership with AIT, students have the opportunity to transition to the master's level with various support policies, expanding their study and career development paths in an international environment.
Learning with experts, connecting with businesses
The training program at IMT is built with an application-oriented approach, involving a team of lecturers from AIT, Phu Xuan University, and experienced professionals from businesses.

200 scholarships for pioneering students
To encourage the first students joining IMT, Phu Xuan University implements the IMT Founding Scholarship with 200 scholarships, including:
100 scholarships covering 100% of tuition fees.
50 scholarships covering 70% of tuition fees.
50 scholarships covering 50% of tuition fees.
