Announcement of the Basic Information Technology Application Certificate Exam Schedule for May 2026

The iTD Computer Center – Phu Xuan University respectfully announces the organization of the exam and issuance of the certificate for “Basic Information Technology Application”. Details are as follows:

1. Exam Dates

May 10, 2026, and May 24, 2026.

2. Exam Format

02 computer-based exams (01 multiple-choice exam and 01 practical exam).

3. Review, Exam Fees, and Certificate Issuance: According to regulations
4. Review Materials

Knowledge and skills in using IT as specified in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014, by the Ministry of Information and Communications regarding the standards for IT skills.

5. Registration Documents include

– 01 Application form for review and exam (according to the template);

– 01 copy of one of the following documents: ID card or printout from VNeID, passport, or birth certificate along with 01 document with a photo and a stamped seal (Place of birth information as updated on VNeID)

– 02 photos 4 x 6 cm (according to the citizen ID photo style taken no more than 6 months before the exam registration date, the back of the photo must clearly state full name, date, month, year of birth, place of birth – as per the information on VNeID).
