Official Opening of the External Evaluation Survey for Educational Institutions
Phu Xuan University officially opens the survey to serve the external evaluation of educational institutions, continuing the implementation of accreditation and improvement of educational quality.

On the morning of October 3, 2026, Phu Xuan University organized the Opening Ceremony of the Official Survey for External Evaluation of Educational Institutions, conducted by the Thang Long Center for Educational Quality Accreditation.
This is an important step in the process of quality accreditation for educational institutions, following the self-assessment and preliminary survey that have been implemented earlier. This activity aims to provide a basis for the external evaluation team to objectively review the school's activities, while also helping to identify areas that need to be further developed and improved.
Opening of the Official Survey
Attending the program were the School Leadership, the Self-Assessment Council, faculty, staff, and members of the external evaluation team.
At the opening ceremony, the external evaluation team announced the decision to establish the team, introduced its members, and provided information about the objectives and content of the official survey.

These are important contents aimed at unifying the implementation methods and coordination between the external evaluation team and the school throughout the survey process.
On behalf of Phu Xuan University, the representative presented a general overview of the formation and development process, the school's activities, the self-assessment process, and outstanding results. The presentation provided a comprehensive picture of the school's activities, serving as a basis for subsequent evaluation contents.

Official Survey in the Quality Accreditation Process
The official external evaluation survey is an important activity in the quality accreditation process of educational institutions. While self-assessment helps the school proactively reflect on its activities based on relevant standards and requirements, external evaluation adds an objective perspective from an independent evaluation team.
Through the survey process, the school's activities are examined from multiple aspects, thereby providing additional grounds to identify the achieved results, areas that need further improvement, and issues that require enhancement.
For Phu Xuan University, quality accreditation is not only seen as a requirement in quality assurance work but also as an opportunity to gain an objective perspective, improve the system, and enhance educational quality.

Quality Assurance Linked to Continuous Improvement
The external evaluation process is also linked to the orientation of building a quality assurance system that is implemented regularly. The results from self-assessment and external evaluation can become the basis for the school to continue improving training, management, and student support activities.
The spirit of seriousness – responsibility – cooperation is identified as the foundation in the process of coordination with the external evaluation team. Preparing all necessary contents for the survey, exchanging information, and receiving objective perspectives are important parts of quality assurance activities.
Thus, the accreditation process not only focuses on evaluating the current situation at a specific time but also aims to promote continuous improvement in the activities of the educational institution.

Towards Educational Quality and Value for Learners
The official survey for external evaluation of educational institutions marks a milestone in Phu Xuan University's ongoing efforts to improve its quality assurance system.
With the participation of units, staff, faculty, and the external evaluation team, the survey activity facilitates the continued examination of self-assessment results from an objective perspective, while also opening the basis for improvement activities in the future.
The overarching goal of this process is to focus on training quality, learning environment, and support activities for learners, thereby gradually enhancing operational effectiveness and better meeting the demands of higher education in the new era.
