Closing Ceremony of the Official Survey for External Evaluation of Educational Institutions Cycle 2
On October 7, 2026, Phu Xuan University organized the closing ceremony of the official survey for external evaluation of educational institutions Cycle 2, concluding a series of collaborative activities between the University, Thang Long Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, and the external evaluation expert team, which began with the preliminary survey session on September 24, 2026.

The survey is an important step in the educational quality accreditation process, allowing for an objective review of the University's activities, while also providing a basis for reviewing and improving the quality assurance system.
Comprehensive Evaluation of the University's Activities
During the official survey period, the external evaluation team studied the documentation, compared evidence, and implemented various activities to assess the current state of the educational institution.
The working contents included interviews with the University's leadership, management staff, lecturers, students, alumni, and employers. The team also conducted an on-site survey of facilities, learning materials, and student support services.
The combination of document review, interviews with stakeholders, and on-site surveys contributed to providing a multi-dimensional perspective on the University's activities. Thus, the external evaluation not only examined the documents that had been prepared but also compared them with actual implementation, forming the basis for professional assessments and recommendations.

Digital Evidence System with Over 13,000 Data Files
A notable point in the Cycle 2 external evaluation at PXU is the comprehensively digitized evidence system, serving the process of searching, comparing, and evaluating according to standards and criteria.
According to the provided data, the system includes 38.5 GB of data, with 13,379 files stored in 4,453 folders, corresponding to 25 standards and 111 criteria.
Organizing the evidence system in a digital format helps to systematically compile the volume of documents serving the evaluation, supporting the process of reviewing and comparing information throughout the survey. This is also an aspect that demonstrates the University's preparation for the educational quality accreditation activities.

Continuing to Improve the Quality Assurance System
The official survey was conducted in a serious, objective, and responsible spirit. The observations and recommendations from the external evaluation team are the basis for Phu Xuan University to continue reviewing and identifying areas that need to be promoted and improving the quality assurance system.
For PXU, quality accreditation is not only a periodic evaluation activity but also linked to the continuous improvement orientation in training, management, and student support. Receiving professional feedback from the external evaluation team helps the University have additional grounds to consider and adjust activities in line with development goals.
The University is committed to continuing to improve quality, aiming to better meet the expectations of students, employers, and society. This orientation is guided by the action motto “Sowing Knowledge – Reaping Prosperity”, towards a quality education foundation and sustainable development.
Appreciation for the Support of Stakeholders
Phu Xuan University sincerely thanks the Thang Long Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, the external evaluation expert team, and all staff, lecturers, students, and stakeholders who collaborated throughout the survey process.
The closing of the official survey marks the completion of an important working phase, while also opening the next step in the process of continuing to improve the quality assurance system at the University.
With a spirit of responsibility and continuous improvement, PXU continues to aim for the goal of enhancing educational quality, building a learning environment that meets practical needs, and creating sustainable value for learners.
